Alliance Funding Group collaborated with a small business federal prime contractor, who was awarded a bundled services contract by a major U.S. military installation to completely refresh its aged, end of life multi-function device fleet with a new fleet, and maintain and service those assets during their life. The financing and services contract helps the military base comply with Army Directive 2013-26, Policy to provide management oversight to multi-function device acquisition and maintenance services.

The total refresh of the assets was for almost $5 Million to be paid by the military over a five year period. The military chose to utilize the “bundled” financing plus maintenance and services, as it doesn’t seek to own the assets, is better served to rely on the Prime’s ongoing maintenance and support, receives a consistent form of trackable device and service that allows for the latest, networked, secure asset base, and places it on a refresh cycle when the service contract expires.
